Code of Conduct Policy

Introduction:

Sewa Development Trust Sindh policy on Code of Conduct is a statement and description of required behaviors, responsibilities, and actions expected from employees. SDTS code of conduct focuses on professional, legal, ethical and social behaviors and is applicable to all employees as individuals and as organization in their social or work life, providing guidance on how to act in cases of doubt and/or confusion. .To meet this commitment, SDTS has issued this code of conduct applicable to all employees across all departments and sub offices and aligned employee conduct with the organizational values and ethics that reinforce SDTS’s vision, mission, values, procedures and policies.


This code of conduct is not exhaustive and may not anticipate every situation, which may morally, ethically, professionally, legally compromise the employee or SDTS’s interests. In this regard SDTS expects its employees to use their common sense and sound judgment. However, compliance with this Code is a mandatory obligation owed by all employees to each other and to SDTS. Breach of this Code or any requirements mentioned in this manual will result in disciplinary action and may lead up to and including summarily dismissal or other appropriate disciplinary actions.

Our focus is to uplift the social, economic status of the Vulnerable and Marginalized communities in general children and women groups, youth and farmers in particular so as to facilitate in initiation of the development process.
