Who we are?

Sewa Development Trust Sindh is one of the leading non-profit organization-NPO of Sindh province based in district Khairpur, registered with Government of Pakistan under Trust Act-1882 vide Registration No. 1096, working since 2003, having affiliations/enlistment with Government of Pakistan.

SDTS is an organization with Special Consultative status with UN-ECOSOC since 2014; registered with Federal Board of Revenue-FBR as active taxpayer status vide NTN No: 3902658-2, enlisted with PDMA- Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Government of Sindh and registered with Sindh Revenue Board-SRB and Sindh Charity Registration Commission Act, Govt. of Sindh.

Objective

  • The Objective of the Trust shall be for educational, charitable, welfare and development support for general public.
  • To provide benefit / services to the general public in the field education (to enroll out of school children in public/ private schools); Health (medical support, vaccination and immunization, nutrition); relief support (natural disasters); youth volunteers (volunteerism for social development) and relief to the need, poor and vulnerable general public.
  • To provide Development activities through participatory approach. Build capacity of community-based organizations, youth groups and civil society organization.
  • Create Socio-economic & Human Rights awareness in the community. Struggle to eradicate social evils and Poverty from the community and to provide them conducive atmosphere for the Human Development to take place in the Rural Areas.
